Frequently Asked Questions

Why are you doing this all in one day?

I designed the course to be done in one day so that business owners and entrepreneurs can get their social media content done for the month and sit back and relax. I will be offering a slightly more in-depth course that will span a 6-week period.

What if I can't attend all or part of the course?

You must be able to at least attend the first half of the course from 10am - 1pm. Although I strongly suggest you attend the whole session live, if you need to leave early, the session will be recorded.

If I receive enough interest I will offer this one-day intensive again. I will be offering a slightly more in-depth course that will span a 6-week period.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the limited number of seats, there are no refunds.

What if I already have a posting tool like Painless Posting ™ ?

You are welcome to use whatever posting tool you currently use. The training will be demonstrated using Painless Posting. You may be missing out on some important features by not using Painless Posting. The price of the workshop remains the same regardless of the posting tool you choose to use.

What if I don't have a Canva account or know how to use Canva?

You will need at least the free version of Canva for this course. Click here to sign up for a free Canva account.

During our Kickoff Course Setup Session, we will be making sure everyone has a Canva account.

We will be teaching the basics of Canva and how to use our templates.

Are there any prerequisites for the course?

You should be able to use Zoom and have basic computer knowledge. We'll be using Canva and Google Sheets (you can download to Excel). I'll be covering some basics in the Kickoff Course Setup Session.

What do you mean by social media pillars?

In the afternoon, we will be creating content and graphics within 6 different pillars. Content pillars are a set of themes or topics that your brand can use to create posts. These themes, sometimes called 'buckets' or 'categories', are specific to your brand and should reflect the most popular content with your online audience. We'll be learning 6 of the most popular pillars so you can see what resonates with your audience.
